Cybersecurity Project Manager

Contract: 6 Months

Location: Juno Beach, FL

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and deliver complex security initiatives with a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Cyber Workforce Risk Analytics (CYWRA), and Snowflake-based data platforms. This role requires a hands-on PM who can bridge cybersecurity, data, and business teams while ensuring timely, secure, and compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity programs, with emphasis on DLP and insider risk (CYWRA) initiatives
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams
Drive implementation and optimization of DLP tools, policies, and controls
Oversee deployment and integration of CYWRA / insider threat analytics solutions
Collaborate with data engineering teams to leverage Snowflake for secure data storage, analytics, and reporting
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and regulatory requirements
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, especially related to data security and privacy
Facilitate Agile/Waterfall project execution, including sprint planning, status reporting, and executive updates
Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and business teams for seamless delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in cybersecurity project management
Strong expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies (e.g., Symantec, Microsoft Purview, etc.)
Experience with CYWRA / Insider Risk Management platforms
Solid understanding of Snowflake data platform and secure data architecture
Proven experience managing enterprise cybersecurity programs
Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or SOC 2
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
PMP, CISM, CISSP, or equivalent certifications preferred
