We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Architect Project Lead to support the design, development, administration, and ongoing operation of AWS-hosted applications, infrastructure, and services.
The role will focus on supporting cloud-native and hybrid workloads while ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable solutions across a variety of AWS services. The selected candidate will work across production and non-production environments and ensure alignment with security standards, architectural guidelines, and operational best practices.
Position Overview
The AWS Developer / Administrator will provide technical expertise in the design, deployment, administration, and support of Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments. This position will collaborate with cloud engineering, application development, security, and operations teams to build and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure.
The role includes support for AWS infrastructure, integrations, automation workflows, and application services, ensuring operational stability, system performance, and compliance with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and administer AWS environments following industry best practices.
Support AWS account structures, IAM roles, policies, and least-privilege access management.
Develop and maintain solutions using core AWS services including:
Compute & Networking
Storage Services
Serverless & Integration Services
Monitoring & Logging
Amazon CloudWatch
AWS CloudTrail
AWS Config
Amazon Connect Contact Center Support
Develop and maintain Amazon Connect environments, including:
Contact flows
Queues
Routing profiles
Prompts and call flows
Integrations with AWS Lambda, APIs, and external systems
Call recording, analytics, and troubleshooting
AI & Advanced Cloud Services
Infrastructure & Automation
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using:
AWS CloudFormation
Terraform
Similar automation tools
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation workflows.
Monitor system performance, availability, and cost optimization opportunities.
Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues.

Documentation & Support
Maintain technical documentation including:

6+ years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems.
3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development and/or administration.

3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services.
3+ years of experience implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation.
3+ years of experience with AWS security best practices, logging, and monitoring.
3+ years of scripting experience, such as:
