Must-Have Skills

Strong domain expertise in pricing structures and membership agreements
Experience in reviewing and interpreting complex legal and commercial contracts
Knowledge of supplier contracting, bid awards, and customer eligibility criteria
Ability to manage and govern supplier and customer pricing agreements
Strong business analysis and compliance validation skills
Experience handling pricing, membership, and contract-related escalations within SLAs
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders
Strong analytical skills to identify risks, gaps, and trends in pricing and membership data
Experience in business-facing roles (no system configuration or technical development)

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to SME-level reviews of partner and supplier agreements
Experience collaborating with Business Intelligence teams on operational and management reporting
Knowledge of process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Experience managing work queues and team-level task coordination
Ability to contribute to strategic or intercompany pricing initiatives
