Summary
Job Type: Contract
- Lead AEM development and provide technical direction to the development team.
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites/Assets).
- Work with business and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into AEM solutions.
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, services, and integrations.
- Work with Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL, REST APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Support AEM Cloud Service implementations and Adobe Cloud Manager CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance improvements.
- Integrate AEM with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Follow AEM development standards and minimize unnecessary customization.
- Guide junior developers and collaborate with QA, DevOps, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Support production issues and ensure successful releases and deployments.
- 7+ years of experience in software development with strong AEM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.5 and/or AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Strong Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL, and REST API knowledge.
- Experience developing AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
- Experience with AEM Sites and/or AEM Assets.
- Knowledge of Cloud Manager, CI/CD, Git, and deployment processes.
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
- Experience with AEM integrations and performance tuning.
- Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to work directly with stakeholders.
- Experience leading AEM teams or major AEM implementations is highly preferred.
- Adobe certifications are a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development.
- Experience with AWS/Azure or other cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud and related Adobe products is a plus.
