We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting Lead to support high-quality reporting and analytics solutions within Workday HCM. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable, secure, and scalable reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting (HCM)
· Strong expertise in Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports
· Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements
· Strong understanding of Workday security and data governance as it relates to reporting
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
· Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
