Architecture Project Manager

Role Overview Serves as the main liaison between clients and the firm, steering multi-project portfolios or large-scale initiatives from inception through completion. Oversees contract agreements, fee structures, project schedules, and resource allocation while guiding cross-functional teams toward technical and financial targets. This is a fully on-site position.

Key Qualifications

• Education & Licensure: Accredited degree in Architecture with active Architect Registration.
• Experience Level: Senior-level (8-14 years in architectural design and administration; educational sector background preferred).
• Software & Technical Skills: High proficiency with Revit and CAD review workflows; deep familiarity with quality assurance processes and drawing audits.
• Core Competencies: Strong client relations track record, adept at business development, and skilled in complex problem-solving and staff development.

Primary Responsibilities

• Client & Business Management: Draft scope-of-work agreements, manage extra-service requests, establish project budgets, and lead presentations to secure new or repeat business.
• Project Delivery & QA/QC: Direct day-to-day operations across all project phases, performing thorough technical markups and ensuring design standards align with client expectations.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: Guide junior team members, orchestrate efforts among engineering consultants and contractors, and track milestones to guarantee on-time, on-budget delivery.
