Business Process Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Business Process Software Engineer who will be hands-on in the developing, testing, delivery, and support of the workflows that drive our clients' interactions. The Business Process Software Engineer will work closely with technical leads and product managers to support our customers and inform the product, as well as researching and developing new growth opportunities to expand on the strengths of the core technology.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting web applications in production with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Javascript)
* Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions
* Understanding and experience working with source code management, testing, and CI/CD processes and tools such as Github and Jenkins
* A passion for engineering excellence; A desire to empower and collaborate with your teammates; A willingness to learn; Adaptability to new and changing requirements
* A sense of ownership applying automation and tests to make sure code is robust as possible
* Ability and desire to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
