Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CSOD Business Consultant with 7+ years of experience in Cornerstone OnDemand implementations. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful deployment of Cornerstone modules. This role requires strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and HR process knowledge.


Key Responsibilities
·  Conduct requirement gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
·  Perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
·  Translate client requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
·  Configure Cornerstone modules (Learning, Performance, Succession, etc.).
·  Provide best practice recommendations aligned with CSOD capabilities.
·  Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), and test scripts.
·  Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional issues.
·  Deliver client training and knowledge transfer sessions.
·  Collaborate with technical consultants and project managers during implementation.
·  Support go-live activities and post-production stabilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
·  7+ years of hands-on experience in Cornerstone OnDemand implementation.
·  Strong understanding of HR business processes (Learning & Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning).
·  Experience in fit-gap analysis and solution workshops.
·  Strong documentation and presentation skills.
·  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
·  Ability to manage multiple client engagements.



Preferred Qualifications
·  Cornerstone certifications.
·  Experience in LMS implementations.
·  Exposure to Agile project methodology.
·  Experience working in global implementations.
