Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to contribute to building the LPL Data Experience (LDX) platform-a next-generation solution enabling Business, Operations, and Data Stewards to cohesively view and manage data across multiple domains. This role is ideal for hands-on engineers who are passionate about solving complex problems, eager to learn new technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on high-impact projects, applying API-first principles, modern cloud technologies, and AI-first approaches integrated into the SDLC to accelerate solution development and deliver faster time-to-market for critical business needs such as reconciliation frameworks, reporting, and data optimization.

Responsibilities:
  • Work on a team responsible for building the LDX Data Experience platform.
  • Develop scalable enterprise applications on AWS Cloud using containerized and serverless architectures.
  • Build full-stack solutions for LDX:
    • UI Development: Develop responsive, modular interfaces using Angular.
    • API Development: Implement robust APIs using Python and .NET Core.
  • Integrate AI-first and ML engineering principles into SDLC, embedding intelligent automation and predictive capabilities from design through deployment.
  • Explore and implement AI-enabled techniques for intelligent data mapping, reconciliation frameworks, and automation.
  • Champion API-first development for modular, reusable services aligned with LDX's modernization goals.
  • Implement performance optimization techniques for scalability, cost efficiency, and high availability.
  • Collaborate with domain teams to deliver cohesive UI suites and integrate governance, lineage, and reconciliation workflows.
  • Ensure observability and reliability by integrating monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch and Dynatrace.
  • Collaborate with other development teams, architecture, and support teams to design and maintain platform integrations.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and advanced debugging support.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve development practices.

What are we looking for? We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are client-focused, team oriented, and are able to execute in a way that encourages creativity and continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with strong hands-on coding expertise.
  • 4+ years proficiency in:
    • Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, HTML/CSS.
    • Backend: Python, .NET Core.
  • 4+ years experience/ understanding of Angular concepts (components, modules, services, dependency injection).
  • 4+ years of expertise in API-first architecture and event-driven microservices for scalable applications.
  • 2+ years experience with AWS services (EC2, Fargate, Lambda, Glue, S3, RDS, Redis, ElasticCache).

Preferences:
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot) for code generation, refactoring, and documentation.
  • Experience with ML engineering practices, including model integration, orchestration, and lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of data engineering concepts, integration patterns, and real-time data processing.
  • Experience with observability tools (AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace) for monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Proven ability to write efficient, optimized code and apply caching strategies for high-performance applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies.
