  • Provide direct, hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, manufacturing/shop-floor computers, networking, and peripheral IT devices
  • Own site-level compliance with NIST SP 800-171, CMMC Level 2, DFARS, and ITAR/EAR information security requirements
  • Lead and coordinate Authorization to Operate (ATO) activities for site information systems, including drafting and maintaining System Security Plans (SSPs) and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
  • Identify, assess, document, and report cybersecurity risks at each covered site
  • Serve as the on-site incident commander for cybersecurity events, coordinating with central teams
  • Partner with the FSO, HR, and Legal in support of the corporate Insider Threat Program
  • Champion security awareness, training, and a strong security culture across each site

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and IT, with at least 3 years in a security leadership, ISSM/ISSO, or equivalent role within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) or the U.S. government
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire
  • Demonstrated hands-on technical experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 desktops, Windows Server, manufacturing/shop-floor computers, and networking equipment
  • Experience provisioning IT infrastructure end-to-end: imaging, deployment, hardening, and decommissioning
  • Strong account management experience across Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365
  • Proven experience leading or supporting CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, and RMF compliance activities
  • Strong working knowledge of DFARS, ITAR/EAR data handling, and CUI protection requirements
  • Ability and willingness to travel 25%-40% between Philadelphia, Tustin, and Beavercreek

Desired skills:

  • Active CISSP, CISM, CAP, or equivalent professional certification
  • DoD 8570 / 8140 IAM Level II or III baseline qualification
  • IT-side certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Microsoft certifications
  • Prior experience as an ISSM for a classified information system or NISP-accredited facility
  • Familiarity with classified system operations (NIPR / SIPR) and RMF tooling (eMASS, XACTA)
  • Experience supporting Special Access Program (SAP) environments
  • Working familiarity with enterprise security stacks, including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender XDR, and Qualys
