Job Description 

·       We are currently seeking a highly motivated “AI Delivery Lead” to join our team for a project with our esteemed client. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in “AI Delivery Lead,MS Project, Jira, Confluence ,AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle) ” with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Job Description

Minimum Technical Qualifications

·       Ten (10) or more years of project management experience managing complex projects with over $1M budgets with proficiency level in project management tools (such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

·       Two (2) or more years of experience managing Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and data analytic projects with strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle.

·       Five (5) years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent projects.

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or related field.

·       CalSTRS reserves the right to request a copy of the degree/certification.

Desirable Technical Qualifications

·       Five (5) years of experience in reviewing or creating AI technical documentations, cloud architecture diagrams, and Application Programming Interface (API) manuals.

·       Three (3) or more years of experience in data governance, security, and compliance standards.

·       Two (2) or more years of experience of managing cloud-based projects with cloud platforms (such as Azure or AWS) and AI services.

·       Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and collaboration skills.

·       The proposed project person will be able to adhere to working on-site 5 days per week at CalSTRS Headquarters, West Sacramento, CA.(No Points)
