Oracle EBS All-Star Functional Consultant (P2P / O2C / ASCP / Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite – Ohio

Platform: Oracle EBS R12 (On-Premises)

 Responsibilities:

∙ Serve as the primary onsite Oracle EBS functional resource supporting end-to-end business processes across P2P, O2C, ASCP, and Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, Cost Management)

∙ Act as the bridge between offshore functional resources and Nifco business stakeholders

∙ Lead functional requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training across modules

∙ Support plant manufacturing operations including WIP job management, BOM/routing maintenance, and shop floor transactions

∙ Drive continuous improvement initiatives, period-close support, and year-end activities

∙ Partner with IT leadership and the Application Manager on EBS roadmap priorities and project execution

∙ Serve as functional lead for patches, upgrades, and new module implementations

 Requirements:

∙ 15+ years of Oracle EBS R12 functional experience spanning at least three of the four areas: P2P, O2C, ASCP, and Manufacturing (WIP/BOM/Costing)

∙ Deep understanding of multi-org EBS architecture in a manufacturing context

∙ Automotive Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience strongly preferred

∙ Strong stakeholder communication skills; comfortable working with plant operations, finance, and senior leadership

∙ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a lean IT environment

∙ Must be able to commute to Canal Winchester office
