Summary

Position: IT Procurement Project Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA Hybrid
Duration: Long-Term

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced *IT Procurement Project Manager / Business Analyst* with experience in *IT procurement, project management, RFx/SOW development, vendor management, and contract administration*. The candidate will support procurement activities, manage vendor implementations, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful project delivery.

Must-Have Skills
* 2+ years of Project Management experience
* 2+ years of Business Analysis experience
* 1+ year of RFx (RFP/RFQ) development
* 1+ year of SOW (Statement of Work) development
* IT Procurement and Contract Management experience
* Vendor Management
* Stakeholder Communication
* Project Documentation and Reporting

Key Responsibilities
* Manage IT procurement and contract renewal activities.
* Prepare and review RFPs, RFQs, and SOWs.
* Coordinate with vendors, procurement, and business teams.
* Manage vendor implementation projects and track project progress.
* Monitor project timelines, risks, deliverables, and budgets.
* Ensure vendor compliance with contract terms.
* Maintain procurement and contract documentation.
* Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
