Your New Role

• Install and replace residential HVAC and air conditioning systems according to company standards.

• Complete equipment replacements, refrigerant piping, ductwork, electrical connections, testing, and system startups.

• Diagnose and address installation-related issues to ensure proper system operation.

• Perform assigned installations efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship.

• Work independently on residential HVAC installations and collaborate with other team members as needed.

• Follow company procedures, applicable building codes, and safety standards.

• Maintain accurate installation documentation and communicate project updates with the team.

• Support installation productivity and customer satisfaction through reliable, professional work.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional HVAC installation experience.

• Experience completing residential HVAC installations, including equipment replacement and system startup.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on installation skills.

• Ability to complete most residential HVAC installations independently while maintaining quality standards.

• Experience with refrigerant piping, ductwork, electrical connections, and system testing.

• Valid driver\'s license.

• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.

• Texas HVAC Technician Registration.

• Ability to learn company technology and installation procedures.

• ServiceTrade experience is preferred but not required. Training is available.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform installation work in attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Dependable work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
