• Bachelor''s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, ideally within the technology sector.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
• Strong grasp of adult learning theories and instructional design models.
• Excellent project management skills with effective task prioritization.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Master''s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in multimedia production, including video and audio editing.
