Job Requirements
This person will:
- Lead efforts to support eligible rural healthcare providers with:
- the onboarding of their facilities to NC HealthConnex
- targeted technical assistance
- tailored training programs
- Oversee personnel and technical vendor support dedicated to accomplishing the goals of RHT
- Work with Client, rural healthcare providers, and other RHT partners to support implementation, including:
- development of provider and payer engagement strategies
- alignment with state and federal policies
- establishment of KPIs and continuous quality improvement processes
