Lead Cyberspace Training Specialist
Location: Fort George G. Meade, Maryland
Description:
HigherEchelon, Inc. is searching for a Lead Cyberspace Training Specialist to spearhead training strategy development for USCYBERCOM. This role involves leading contractor interaction with diverse organizations within the DoD, ensuring adherence to joint training curriculum standards and executing training services as per strategic objectives.
This position is contingent upon contract award
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver Joint curriculum for advanced cyber work roles.
Lead training strategy enhancement activities across USCYBERCOM J7.
Coordinate with partners to ensure training meets strategic and operational needs.
Monitor training efficacy and make necessary curriculum adjustments.
Required Skills:
Expertise in cyberspace operations and training methodologies.
Experience in workforce development and team management.
Proficiency in creating and delivering impactful training programs.
Desired Skills:
Background in strategic training support and development of cyberspace environments.
Experience in collaborative planning and coordination with different agencies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Education, or related field.
Minimum three years of experience in a training leadership role.
Active Secret clearance preferred.
