Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Langchain, Langraph, and Python to design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable AI models and graph-based data structures that enhance our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI models using LangChain for natural language processing (NLP).
Build and maintain graph-based data models using Langraph to facilitate efficient data retrieval, relationship mapping, and knowledge graph management.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in Python to implement AI algorithms and data pipelines.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize AI models for performance, accuracy, and scalability, ensuring they meet enterprise standards.
Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, NLP, graph databases, and related frameworks to continuously improve capabilities.
Document technical specifications and provide training or support to end-users and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role with demonstrated success.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and related libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, etc.).
Practical experience with Langchain for implementing NLP and conversational AI applications.
Hands-on experience with Langraph or similar graph database/knowledge graph frameworks.
Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and related AI concepts.
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and graph theory.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
