Role Overview
The Oracle Cloud SCM Order Management Lead will own the design and delivery of end-to-end order-to-fulfillment processes using Oracle Cloud OM, GOP, and DOO, enabling accurate promising, orchestration, and execution across complex supply chains.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Cloud Order Management, Global Order Promising, and Distributed Order Orchestration
Design order capture, promising, sourcing, fulfillment, and orchestration workflows
Support complex fulfillment models including multi-org, drop ship, back-to-back, and split shipments
Collaborate with Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams for seamless execution
Lead CRPs, testing cycles, and user enablement

Must Have:
Must have 12+ years of experience ERP industry, 8+ years of strong experience in OM Cloud functional leadership
Must have done multiple end-to-end Cloud SCM implementation for large scale customers
Deep understanding of fulfillment orchestration and order promising
Client-facing delivery experience in enterprise ERP programs
Must have excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
