Must have

SQL Server, Microsoft Fabric, SSIS/SSRS/SSAS, and Azure-based data platforms,
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain, Dataverse, Synapse Link, entities, etc.)
Direct client-facing consulting delivery (workshops, stakeholder presentations, solution reviews)

Required Skills & Experience

Core Technical Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning, optimization).

· Proven expertise in SSIS for complex ETL pipelines.

· Solid experience with SSAS cubes (Tabular and/or Multidimensional).

· Experience supporting SQL Server workloads on Azure SQL Server VMs.

· Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics (Dedicated / Serverless SQL pools).

Azure Data & Analytics (Preferred)

· Experience with Azure Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Warehouse, Power BI).

· Experience with Synapse Link, particularly for Dynamics 365 / Dataverse data replication.

· Understanding of modern data lakehouse architectures and analytics patterns.

ERP & Domain Experience

· Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain data models (AOT tables, entities, operational data) is added advantage

· Exposure to retail, supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing analytics scenarios is highly desirable.
