Summary

Please note that this is a 12-18 months contract position.

The position is hybrid, but for the right candidate, there is a possibility for remote. Preference for candidates who can be onsite one day per week.

Skills & Requirements

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally Master's or equivalent
Experience: 2 - 3 years relevant experience

Technical Skills:

Content Management Systems (CMS): Oracle CMS, WCC, Adobe AEM
Familiarity with JIRA, Asana, Workfront for project management
Publishing content from marketing or other teams to a website

Key Competencies:

Attention to detail and accountability
Ability to respond quickly to time-sensitive publishing tasks
Understanding publishing workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Quality control (QC) – verifying materials before publication
Optional but helpful: editing experience
Candidates do not need to write or edit documents, but QC experience is preferred

Primary Function

Publish content across multiple platforms:
- CMS (Oracle systems)
- Field Portal (Adobe AEM) – used by sales team for internal content
- Other sales tools as applicable

Content Types

PDFs, brochures, flyers, PowerPoint decks, infographics, technical documents (application notes)
Documents vary from 1 page to 50 pages

Key Responsibilities

Review incoming materials from requesters
Perform quality control checks (page numbers, publication numbers, copyright dates)
Ensure regulatory review compliance for each product line
Publish content accurately and on time
Maintain product hierarchy updates for new product introductions (NPIs)
Track reports including publishing metrics, downloads, and discrepancies between systems
