Role: Principal Charles River Advisor

Location: Princeton, NJ or Boston, MA (Onsite)

Required Qualifications:

* Experience: 15+ years of leadership in Financial Technology or Asset Management, with at least 10 years of dedicated subject matter expertise in the Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS).

* Executive Presence: Proven track record of acting as a strategic advisor to the CIO and other C-suite stakeholders, with the ability to influence board-level technology roadmaps and investment strategies.

* Strategic Delivery: Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide transformations and migrating global firms from legacy on-premise systems to the Charles River SaaS cloud platform.

* Functional Mastery: Authoritative knowledge of OEMS, Portfolio Management, and Compliance Engine architecture across multi-asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and Private Markets).

* Technical Ecosystem: Deep understanding of Charles River s integration capabilities, including SQL-based data management, XTR (Extract, Transform, Replace) processes, and API frameworks.
