Summary
Job Title: SAP MES Basis Administrator
Location: Remote, USA
Key Responsibilities
- Installation & Configuration: Configure SAP MES environments (SAP ME/DMC), including SAP NetWeaver/JVM layers and integration with PLCs, SCADA, and ERP (ECC/S/4HANA).
- Landscape Management: Manage Dev, QA, and Production landscapes, including patches, system copies, and transport requests.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor system health and optimize real-time MES performance at the app, database (HANA/Oracle), and OS levels.
- Integration: Maintain interfaces (SAP MII, PI) between MES and ERP or third-party systems.
- Support: Lead upgrades, troubleshoot bottlenecks via OSS/Solution Manager, and manage Backup/DR protocols.
