job summary:
The Salesforce Reporting Analyst is responsible for maintaining the quality, accuracy, and usability of Salesforce data, ensuring the sales organization can rely on clean data for pipeline visibility, forecasting, reporting, and operational execution. This role focuses heavily on data stewardship, including enrichment, de-duplication, and hygiene, as well as Salesforce user support and operational dashboards/reporting to enable consistent sales processes and decision-making.

responsibilities:
- Execute ongoing Salesforce data stewardship, including data enrichment, de-duplication, and general data hygiene across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and related objects.
- Perform comprehensive data validation to monitor and improve data completeness and accuracy.
- Identify systemic issues-such as missing required fields, inconsistent picklist usage, duplicates, or stale records-and coordinate targeted remediation efforts.
- Define, document, and reinforce Salesforce data standards, including definitions, required fields, and entry rules, in partnership with Sales, Funnel Ops, Finance, and Salesforce stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to operational tasks, maintaining a readiness to step in and support team objectives as required.
- Take the initiative to provide structured, continual progress updates to leadership and cross-functional team members.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all completed process steps and actions taken.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum of 2 to 4 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Salesforce Operations, RevOps, or a related analytical/operational role.
High comfort level working with large data sets, identifying operational anomalies, and driving remediation activities.
Demonstrated understanding of corporate processes and systems, specifically Salesforce. Hands-on experience with Data Uploader tools is highly preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI) is advantageous.
Exceptional, demonstrable attention to detail.
