Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver complex, enterprise-level projects. This role is responsible for relationship management, project planning, resource coordination, tactical execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
The Project Manager works closely with senior leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and excellence. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget delivery.
- Lead large, enterprise-scale projects involving multiple internal teams and/or external vendors.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Define project scope, user requirements, deliverables, and approval processes.
- Establish and communicate roles and responsibilities for project team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and monitor activities across all stakeholders to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Communicate project status, progress, risks, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure final project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Provide professional leadership that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, including recommending appropriate training and development opportunities.
- Inspire teams to pursue excellence through clear direction, respect, and trust.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing multiple, complex enterprise-level projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience mentoring or leading other Project Managers is strongly preferred.
