We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Staff Field Applications Engineer to join an innovative engineering team focused on advanced power electronics solutions using cutting-edge GaN and Si technologies.
🔹 Core Responsibilities:
• Provide switching power supply design support using company products
• Deliver technical troubleshooting and application support to customers
• Conduct design reviews for schematics, PCB layouts, magnetics, and validation results
• Recommend optimized component selections for high-performance power supplies
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams during customer engagements
• Support product demonstrations, trade shows, and technical presentations
• Work closely with internal engineering teams to improve application success

✔ Transformers & Inductors Design
✔ Buck / Boost / Flyback Converter Topologies
✔ Circuit Analysis & Worst-Case Calculations
✔ MATLAB, LTspice, SIMPLIS, Excel, C++
🎯 Qualifications:
✅ BSEE / MSEE or equivalent technical degree
✅ Strong hands-on lab experience with switching power supplies
✅ Experience in power supply design and debugging
✅ Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
✅ Ability to travel up to 10% for customer support activities
⭐ Preferred Skills:
• Firmware development using C/C++
• Embedded controller debugging
• Firmware guidance for power supply applications
