Key Responsibilities:

  1. Middleware Integration Layer Design:
  • Lead the design of the middleware integration layer, including API gateways, messaging systems, data transformations, authentication, governance, and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that middleware solutions align with business needs and technical requirements.

  1. Development of Middleware Platform:
  • Responsible for the development and maintenance of the middleware platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Oversee the setup and management of AWS cloud environments to support middleware solutions.

  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, providing guidance, feedback, and support in their professional development.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in middleware engineering, integration architecture, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of API management, including understanding of API endpoints and API gateways.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and environments.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go language.
  • Experience leading software development teams and conducting code reviews.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
