Position: Workday Integration Lead
Location: Dallas, TX

Duration: Long Term

Need a proactive Workday Integration Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and Deployment integration solutions between Workday and Third-Party systems. Require strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset to deliver high-quality solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Proven experience in Workday integration development and leadership roles.
Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connector, Packaged Connector and Workday Report Writer.
Knowledge of Workday HCM and Workday Payroll modules
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to design and implement scalable Workday solutions.
Effectively Guide team to achieve seamless deployments and address challenges proactively.
Manage the development lifecycle, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment of integration solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify integration needs, assess system requirements, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
