Title: Guidewire Billing Center Business Analyst
Interview mode: Virtual
Role Type – FTE
Location: Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite. 2 Days Remote
Role Summary
The Business Analyst supports system change requests and design documentation for the IT organization, with a strong and deliberate focus on Guidewire BillingCenter. This role works closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver enhancements and new functionality across the billing platform.
This team is specifically seeking candidates with extensive, hands‑on Guidewire BillingCenter experience, ideally with recent involvement in configuration work. Previous attempts to onboard candidates without deep Guidewire experience have resulted in misalignment at the BA II level, so strong, practical BillingCenter exposure is essential for success in this role.
That said, the team is also open to career‑progression candidates (e.g., manual QA engineers or developers) only if they already have Guidewire experience and have a clear, long‑term interest in Business Analysis. This is a true BA role, not a hybrid or stepping stone into development or QA.
