Title: Logistics & Shipping Coordinator
Location: Branford, CT(Onsite)

About the Opportunity
This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, coordinating shipping activities, managing inventory movement, and supporting production and sales teams to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
If you are organized, hands-on, and experienced in warehouse logistics — this is a strong career opportunity with leadership responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
· Create and manage shipping schedules in coordination with Production and Sales
· Prepare shipping documentation and stage customer orders for pickup
· Schedule pickups with customers and freight carriers
· Receive raw materials and record inventory in internal systems
· Store and move materials in and out of inventory while maintaining accurate records
· Coordinate shipments of raw materials to suppliers
· Manage shipment of scrap materials for reprocessing
· Oversee warehouse organization and operational efficiency
· Receive, document, and properly store customer returns
· Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment
· Train and direct Material Handlers
· Operate forklifts, turret trucks, and box trucks safely
· Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience required
· Forklift and material handling equipment experience preferred
· Valid drivers license required
· Ability to operate box trucks and warehouse equipment
· Basic computer skills and data entry experience
· Ability to work independently and within a team environment
· Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
· Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs independently
· Ability to climb stairs and operate warehouse equipment
· Comfortable working in varying temperature conditions
· Overtime and weekend work may be required
