We are seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to support a Salesforce-heavy transformation initiative within a financial services environment. The role focuses on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), data foundation redesign, and enterprise data mapping from internal applications into the Salesforce instance.
The ideal candidate will be confident, proactive, and capable of bridging business and technical teams while leading stakeholder discussions and driving requirements forward.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
- Set meeting agendas and drive structured outcomes.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Produce concise meeting minutes and actionable summaries.
- Perform data mapping between internal applications and Salesforce.
- Analyze and compare data sets.
- Partner with developers and technical leads to clarify requirements.
- Support redesign of data foundation feeding Salesforce.
- Ensure timely stakeholder follow-up.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Strong understanding of:- Salesforce objects (standard & custom)
- High-level data architecture
- Data flow into and out of Salesforce
- Experience with data mapping and analytics.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead meetings and drive outcomes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Financial services or banking experience.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot).
- Experience supporting data transformation initiatives.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Naperville, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
