Summary

Hiring: W2 Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.

  • Develop machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering).

  • Build and validate predictive and forecasting models.

  • Deploy models into production using APIs or batch pipelines.

  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines.

  • Monitor model performance and retrain models as necessary.

  • Document methodologies, experiments, and findings.

  • Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance standards are followed.


Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).

  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as:

    • TensorFlow

    • PyTorch

  • Strong understanding of statistics and probability.

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, Tableau).

  • Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.

  • Understanding of model evaluation metrics (Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score, ROC-AUC).


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

  • Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing).

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow).

  • Experience with deep learning and neural networks.

  • Understanding of data security and governance frameworks.
