Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile IAM Engineer to support the development of the ClientWorks mobile application with a focus on integrating ForgeRock for identity and access management. This role will be responsible for implementing secure authentication workflows, integrating ForgeRock SDKs, and ensuring robust error handling and token management across mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• ForgeRock SDK Integration:
• Integrate ForgeRock Identity SDK into the ClientWorks mobile application (iOS/Android).
• Design and implement authentication workflows aligned with enterprise IAM standards.
• Authentication & Authorization:
• Implement OAuth 2.0 flows including username-password authentication in the QA environment.
• Develop and test multi-factor authentication (MFA) mechanisms using ForgeRock capabilities.
• Token Management:
• Generate and manage JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure session handling.
• Ensure token lifecycle management including refresh and revocation.
• Error Handling & Resilience:
• Implement comprehensive error handling strategies for authentication and token-related failures.
• Collaborate with QA and security teams to ensure robust and user-friendly error messaging.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
• Work closely with mobile developers, IAM architects, and cybersecurity teams.
• Document workflows, integration patterns, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile application development (iOS/Android).
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Platform and SDKs.
• Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, JWT, and MFA concepts.
• Experience with secure coding practices and mobile app security.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of identity federation, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
