Job Title: Technology Sourcing and Vendor Management Analyst

Location: Onsite 3 Days a Week in Manhattan NYC

Duration: 12 Months

Position Overview:

· Manage contract renewals and collaborate with internal teams.

· Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key vendors and oversee the procurement of IT assets.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT asset management, and other business units to ensure alignment and support for procurement activities.

Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology sourcing (Saas, Cloud, Networking, etc.) and vendor management, with a strong understanding of procurement processes. Skills:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong understanding of contract renewals and the management of them.

· Must be strong is MS Suite of tools

· Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.

· Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
