Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Manager to lead large-scale enterprise programs with a Lean-Agile mindset. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAFe methodology, program delivery, stakeholder management, and risk governance, along with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end program delivery using Agile/SAFe methodologies across multiple projects and functional areas
Drive Lean-Agile practices to improve delivery efficiency, team performance, and business outcomes
Manage program roadmap, timelines, scope, budget, and benefits realization
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders
Build strong relationships with executives, clients, and external partners
Drive consensus and alignment in a highly matrixed organization
Establish and track program performance metrics and dashboards to monitor overall health
Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and resource allocation
Lead process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards
Curate and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Provide regular status updates, insights, and reporting to leadership

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management with enterprise-level delivery
Strong experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
Proven ability to manage large, complex, cross-functional programs
Hands-on experience in risk management, governance, and stakeholder communication
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence, motivate, and drive results
Experience in enterprise software, digital, or eCommerce implementations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

SAFe Certification (SAFe Agilist or equivalent)
PMP or PRINCE2 Certification
Experience in managing global teams and enterprise portfolios
