Job Title: SAP EWM Architect
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46225 (Hybrid)

Detailed JD:
  • Lead the team for successful project delivery. Responsible for proposing solutions and guide the team members for blue printing sessions.
  • Responsible for integrating with other satellite systems/vendors to come up with an integrated solution for the client.
  • Presenting the solution in architect/design meeting and getting it approved for deployment Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client.
  • Coordinate with customer on a day-to-day basis and win customer confidence.
  • Responsible for preparing proposals and effort estimates for upcoming projects.
  • Regular tracking of team deliverables and reporting to customer.
  • Propose the best possible solution in the industry in EWM domain
Mandatory skills:
  • Should have completed at least have 2 - 4 end to end implementation projects and at least 2 were performed as Solution Architect at client location. Experience in multiple, full lifecycle SAP EWM project implementations Must have experience in integrating EWM with automated systems like ASRS, AGV, LIFT, Scheduler, AMR, conveyors, pallet exchangers etc.
  • Must have experience in integration of EWM with MES and S4 modules like Manufacturing and Quality Management Must have good knowledge in following IM areas: Inventory Management, Stock transfers, Special stocks, Stock types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination and Valuation Must have good knowledge in following WM areas: WM Master Data, Inbound / Outbound delivery processing, Transfer Orders, Cycle Counts, Inventory reconciliation, Shipping and Transportation Management, Mobile Data Entry and RF units Must have good knowledge in following EWM areas: Integration with ECC, Inbound Processing Outbound Processing, Physical Inventory, RF Transactions, HU Management, Transportation Units, Production Integration, Kitting, Cold chain management etc. Good Knowledge in integration aspects with other modules SD, MM, PP and QM Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences / pharmaceutical domain Ability to understand business requirements from business users and prepare requirement document, functional specifications.
  • Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements. Should have working experience in a highly regulated environment.
  • Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool and testing tool. Handled post go live critical issue resolving till stabilization.
  • Must have an experience working in an environment utilizing a number of non-ECC systems like MES, WES using interfaces such as PI, ALE, REST, etc.
  • Basic understanding of custom code along with basic debugging skills.
Additional skills:
  • ABAP debugging
  • Knowledge in S4 modules like MM, SD, TM, PP, and QM Knowledge in integration of S4 with other systems like MES, etc.
Top 3 Responsibilities /Job Duties:
  • You will need to lead the team functional and ABAP consultants for successful project delivery. Responsible for proposing solutions and guide the team members for blue printing sessions.
  • Responsible for end-to-end delivery of solutions through changement management from req. gathering, build, Testing, deployment and hyper care support Responsible to do hands on work on EWM CRs and independently deploy them to production systems and follow change management process.
  • Responsible for integrating with other satellite systems/vendors to come up with an integrated solution for the client.
  • Presenting the solution in architect/design meeting and getting it approved for deployment Responsible for liaising with client business teams and advising the client.
  • You will be dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis and win customer confidence.
  • Responsible for preparing proposals and effort estimates for upcoming projects.
  • Regular tracking of team deliverables and reporting to customers.
