Telecom Integration Consultant- IMS-SIP Bothell, WA Language Preference: Korean language knowledge preferred
Pay Rate: $50-53/hr on W2
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Telecom Integration Consultant- IMS-SIP with strong telecom domain expertise to support carrier certification, partner QA coordination, and protocol-level debugging activities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SIP/MSRP protocols, IMS/RCS architecture, and hands-on experience in telecom testing environments. Key Responsibilities: Carrier Certification & Testing
  • Conduct device and service configuration testing aligned with GSMA TS.43 guidelines.
  • Perform HTTP/HTTPS protocol testing including header validation, API endpoint validation, status code verification, and performance analysis.
  • Validate SSL/TLS certificates including chain of trust, expiration, revocation (OCSP/CRL), and cipher compatibility.
  • Perform JWT security testing including token validation, signature verification, expiry checks, and vulnerability analysis.
  • Analyze logs and network traces using tools like Wireshark to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
Partner & QA Support
  • Manage and triage bugs for premium partners using bug tracking tools.
  • Ensure complete documentation and cross-functional communication to meet SLA objectives.
  • Support partner pre-launch QA activities and provide live/remote debugging support.
  • Capture and analyze Android bug reports, logcat, and ADB logs.
  • Host regular status meetings with partner QA teams.
Required Qualifications:

8 12 years of experience in software/telecom technology.

Minimum 4 years working with enterprise customers (professional services, tech support, or product management).

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

  • SIP & MSRP protocols
  • IMS / RCS Architecture
  • Protocol-level debugging (SIP, MSRP, TCP)
  • Android debugging (ADB, logcat, bug reports)
  • Bug tracking tools & lifecycle management

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

  • Telecom industry experience required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with mobile technology solutions/applications.
  • Networking infrastructure knowledge.
  • Korean language proficiency.
