Location: Lewisville, TX 75067 / Charlotte, NC / Jacksonville, FL / Detroit, MI
Work Schedule: Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office a week;

Top Three Skills: -FICO Xpress -FICO originations -Python;
Required Skills: -
· Experience within loan originations as Develoer or Configuration Engineer
· Experience with FICOs suite of products : FICO Xpress
· Configuration language: Mosel
· Tools or Technologies: -FICO Xpress / Optimization suite (or similar platforms i.e. CPLEX) -SQL / Python;
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with loan origination systems, preferably within auto finance, though backgrounds in mortgage or credit card originations are also highly valuable.
· They should have a strong understanding of end-to-end application workflows, system logic, and integration points within lending platforms.
· The candidate excels in cross-functional collaboration, communicating clearly with technical and business partners to drive aligned outcomes.
· They demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
· Experience: 10+ years experience;
The Opportunity
· The Senior Analyst of Business System Configuration is considered a strong analytical/procedural individual focusing on strategy, rules, and configuration to drive Auto’s lending business forward.
· Act as a key participant in story refinement, configuration design, and configuration execution.
· This role will partner with leadership, business experts, and partners to drive solutions and improvements to complex business problems.
· Resource must have a quality outcome mindset and will actively assist the quality assurance team ensuring configurations meet business needs and minimize risks.
· This individual will work closely with a key leaders and a broad group of matrix partners, including business operations, IT, Risk, Finance/Pricing, Analytical Modeling, and Product Management, etc. to implement business solutions.

The Skills You Bring:
· Bachelor''s degree preferred.
· 10+ years'' experience in financial services or related industry.
· Project Management/Business Analyst Certification (or equivalent work experience) highly preferred.
· Business and/or IT experience preferred.
· Work collaboratively with all Stakeholders, Value Streams and Global partners.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experienced in facilitating project teams.
· Experience in reading -/or querying SQL, Oracle, SMSS, etc.
