Systems Analyst

Introduction:

As a Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing IT assets, ensuring accurate configuration management database (CMDB) data, and developing processes to streamline IT asset management. You will be responsible for documenting IT asset lifecycle activities, hardware discovery, and reconciliation. Additionally, you will contribute to process engineering and service desk reporting to enhance overall IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT asset lifecycle activities including hardware discovery, validation, and reconciliation.
• Ensure CMDB data accuracy and maintain asset associations.
• Develop and document IT asset management processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline configuration management and enhance IT operations.
• Contribute to service desk reporting and data retention for improved service delivery.

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management, including hardware discovery, validation, and reconciliation.
• 5+ years of experience in CMDB data accuracy and asset associations.
• 5+ years of experience in IT asset management process development and documentation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Service Desk Plus reporting and data retention.
