Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

Duration: 18+ Months

Location: Remote

NOTE: Candidates may need to work the first two weeks, or more, ONSITE in Richmond, VA and be available to come to work in the office occasionally, when needed.

Job Description:

·        Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resource for Oracle HCM SAAS system administration/ Development, configuration set up, Report and Dashboard development, security, workflow and journeys to support Redwood conversion and maintenance across HCM modules

·        Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resource for Oracle HCM SAAS system administration work specific to configuration set up and maintenance, Report and Dashboard development, complex issue resolution, security enhancements, HDL and interface activities.  

·        Would be tasked with helping create new and make updates to existing set up/configurations and develop enhancements in Prod environment. Including working with functional and IT teams to asses and mitigate impact of upcoming patches and logging/working SRs to resolution with Internal business, technical and Oracle teams.

·        And providing critical configuration and technical help to support migration to Redwood of implemented modules and support new module implementation when and where needed

Specific tasks:

·        Report enhancements to add subject area reports and make the existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools and implementing Data Fusion analytics

·        Creating new journeys- specifically contextualized and guided to support and enhance transactional processes

·        Provide technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to Talent areas such as performance evaluations, touch points, goals and talent review and succession planning set up

·        Work with IT and functional teams to facilitate conversion from Responsive UI to Redwood for existing functionality and enhancements possible via this conversion. Including HCM, Talent Management, Compensation, Health and Safety, Help Desk/Knowledge Center, Case Management, Succession Planning

·        Assist with complex user issue resolution 

·        Work with functional and technical teams to address functional changes in system modules including ORC, Comp, HCM, Health and Safety, Case Management/help desk, Profiles, Learning etc.

·        Support, build and set up HDL and interfaces activities. This will be critical but not limited to for support in position workforce structures, job and position profiles.
