IT Software Engineer – Mossville, IL | Onsite

We are hiring an IT Software Engineer for an onsite opportunity in Mossville, IL.

Required Skills:

2–4 years of professional software engineering experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience writing, implementing, or consuming REST APIs
Experience with Microsoft DevOps, including creating user stories and tracking progress
Basic Microsoft Office/Excel skills
Knowledge of SQL, Visual Basic, and software development tools
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Basic troubleshooting and system change implementation experience
Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain databases and database management systems
Create technical requirements and user stories in Microsoft DevOps
Coordinate and perform API testing with external vendors and internal teams
Collaborate with DevOps, backend, software, and dealer portal teams
Schedule and conduct testing sessions with vendors and internal engineering teams
Track project progress in DevOps and participate in status meetings
Review project requests and assist with scope, effort, and cost estimation

Preferred: Experience with the Comprion test system.
