Proven ability to independently drive software design and delivery process with proactive, timely, and actionable updates on progress and roadblocks. \nExperienced software developer, in C/C++ or Objective-C/C++/Swift, git, python\nWell versed in software design paradigms and software development best practices including development with Gen AI assisted and agentic workflows\nBachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of industry or equivalent academic research experience.\nGood understanding of network security, protocol analysis and debugging

Strong experience in collaborative software development including proactively seeking and providing feedback in code reviews and design discussions\nAble to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, and communicate effectively with multi-functional team members.\nPassionate about user privacy and understand the balance between privacy and safety\nExcellent at written and verbal communications\nStrong passion for public safety domain\nDemonstrated ability to write and speak in formal situations, such as during engagements with government officials and key stakeholders\nWorking knowledge of assisted GNSS call flows and 3GPP location protocols\nExperience with embedded location client or server development\nFamiliarity with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Jupyter Notebook, etc.Familiarity with 3GPP (NR, 4G, 3G, 2G) or 3GPP2 protocols\nFamiliarity with public safety and emergency communications and regulations\nFamiliarity with JS/node.js, REST and state-based sever / client architectures
