JOB DESCRIPTION:

Summary: Serves as a contributor with expertise in a specific environments and technologies, responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to a client organization's business plan and industry requirements. Acts independently or as a member of a project team responsible for providing technical guidance concerning the business implications of the application of various systems. Provides technical consulting on complex projects.

Will be responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements.
• Participates in team planning and contributes to accomplishment of Client Support goals.
• Participates as subject matter expert in Product testing/validation as needed.
• Serves as liaison between end-users and the information technology organization consultants during IT and technology consulting projects.
• Expertly researches and documents client needs, technology, or regulations related to system design, enhancement, acquiring hardware or software that will impact multiple platforms and/or applications.
• Defines product scope, objectives and requirements. Defines specifications and data models for product development and testing.
• Creates detailed specifications from which programs will be written.
• Devises and/or modifies processes and procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and to solve the most complex business process problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
• This role requires functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
• Learn and develop the knowledge, technical skills and core consulting behaviors required to succeed in Application Services.
• Learn an appropriate methodology and acquire knowledge of a business domain and a Package Based Solution.
• Demonstrate flexibility and versatility in meeting objectives and should be able to manage workload and update management on task progress.
• Should already demonstrate progressing skills in building solutions and in optimizing and improving a client s applications and systems.

Qualifications:

• Technical Degree or related work experience
• Enough expertise in given technologies that allow them to act as SME
