Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Delivery Lead end-to-end implementation of Veeva CRM and Vault modules (PromoMats, MedComms, Align, Network, etc.). Translate business requirements into scalable Veeva solutions, ensuring compliance with GxP and regulatory standards. Oversee configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise systems (Salesforce, ERP, Data Lakes). Define data models, workflows, and governance frameworks for Veeva platforms. Presales & Client Engagement Partner with sales teams to develop proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts showcasing Veeva capabilities. Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand business needs and align solutions. Present technical and functional solutions to senior stakeholders, highlighting ROI and compliance benefits. Support RFP responses and contribute to solution strategy for new opportunities. Industry Expertise Advise clients on best practices for Veeva adoption in life sciences, including commercial operations, medical affairs, and regulatory processes. Stay current on Veeva roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends to guide innovation. Leadership & Collaboration Mentor junior consultants and ensure adherence to delivery standards. Collaborate cross-functionally with data, analytics, and integration teams to deliver holistic solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering long-term relationships. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. 8+ years of experience in Veeva CRM/Vault implementations within life sciences. Strong techno-functional expertise: configuration, customization, and business process mapping. Proven presales experience: demos, solutioning, and client presentations. Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem and integration patterns. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) and data governance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Veeva certifications (CRM, Vault). Experience with multichannel engagement, HCP targeting, and commercial analytics. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and AI/ML concepts for CRM optimization. |
