  • Serve as the primary point of contact for utility clients, engineering partners, and internal leadership, ensuring all project activities align with client standards, regulatory requirements, and system performance goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, emphasizing technical quality, safety, and on-time performance.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, including substation design, physical/electrical engineering, system protection, SCADA/communications, and civil/structural contributors.
  • Manage subcontractors and external partners, ensuring work products meet technical specifications and project requirements.
  • Facilitate design reviews, technical work sessions, and project check-ins to maintain alignment across teams and resolve engineering challenges.
  • Monitor project performance metrics - including design progress, engineering quality indicators, and cost/schedule variance and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Support business development activities, including the preparation of proposals, cost estimates, work plans, and client presentations.

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):
  • 10+ years of experience in power delivery engineering project management
  • 5+ years of experience preparing forecasts, accruals, & invoicing for power delivery projects
  • 3+ years of experience in a cost allocation, project coordination, or assistant project manager role

What we would like you to have (professional skills):
