Responsibilities
- Manage technician inquiries through a shared email inbox
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve questions and issues
- Track technician engagement, recognition milestones, and incentive activity
- Maintain program documents, FAQs, and communication templates
- Support technician award programs and recognition events
- Help improve program processes and communication materials
- Ensure all communications meet company and brand standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2+ years of customer service, program coordination, or communications experience
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive industry or OEM experience is a plus
- Experience with incentive or loyalty programs preferred
