C#/.NET Senior Software Engineer
Location: St. Paul, MN (Hybrid - minimum 3 days/week on-site)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary Range: $110,000-$130,000
Overview
Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to help design, build, and support backend systems and APIs that power both internal tools and customer facing applications. This role focuses heavily on backend engineering in C#, system reliability, and technical collaboration with cross functional teams and external partners.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain high performance backend services and APIs using C#.
- Build RESTful interfaces following OpenAPI/Swagger standards.
- Use AI assisted development tools to improve coding speed and quality.
- Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement and support integrations with internal platforms and outside vendors.
- Contribute to architectural improvements and modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peers.

What You Bring
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong background in backend development with C#.
- Track record of building scalable, maintainable software systems.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and OpenAPI documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Clear, professional communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non technical partners.
