Job Description

Value Technology is looking for an experienced UI/UX Frontend Lead Developer with strong React.js expertise. The candidate will lead frontend architecture, establish UI development standards, and build scalable enterprise web applications.

This position requires both hands-on development and technical leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of UI components using React.js.
Define frontend coding standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Build reusable component libraries and design systems.
Design scalable frontend architecture for enterprise applications.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and business teams.
Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.
Mentor frontend developers and provide technical guidance.
Maintain frontend architecture and technical documentation.

Required Skills

Strong experience with React.js and frontend architecture.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with Material UI, Styled Components, Webpack, and Storybook.
Strong knowledge of Redux, Zustand, and Context API.
Experience building reusable component libraries and design systems.
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization.
Experience developing dashboards and applications that handle large datasets.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and web security best practices.
Experience with Jest and React Testing Library.
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Docker.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js.
Knowledge of micro frontend architecture.
Experience with data visualization libraries.
Financial services or investment domain experience.
Azure Cloud and Azure DevOps experience.

Preferred Qualifications

8–12+ years of frontend development experience.
5+ years of hands-on React.js experience.
Experience leading frontend architecture and UI modernization initiatives.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
React.js or Azure certification is preferred.
