IT TSA Manager
Overview of Project:
Client's IT M&A team resource to manage the TSA for divestiture of the Residential and Light Commercial business. The IT Transitional Service Agreements (TSA) manager is responsible for the governance and delivery of the transitional service agreements across all IT services. The IT TSA Manager will ensure business continuity while proactivity managing and resolving service issues relating to TSA services and the separation of the operations impacted by TSA Exit activities. The role will drive TSA Exit activities as required to turn down the TSA's and identify TSA cost step down for exited services. Collaborating with SAO TSA Manager, Deal Lead, Tower Leads, IT Service Owners, and Buyer IT TSA Manager.
Timeline:
Approximately 6 months from the start date with the potential for extensions up to 12 months
Deliverables include:
1. Transitional Service agreements (TSA) management ensuring business continuity through delivery of the TSAs, coordination with IT Service Owners, budget management, TSA billing support, and stranded cost management
2. Coordinate and support IT M&A assigned tower leads, project managers, etc. for successful and smooth project progress
3. Communicate proposed IT M&A Exit Plans and lead alignment session with Service Owners, SMEs and stake holders including vendors
4. Identify project roadblocks and seek resolution or escalate to leadership
5. Status reporting and tracking progress of activities through end of TSA
6. Assist in maintaining methodology, standards, and guidelines for IT M&A TSA Management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA degree preferred with ten plus year of relevant experience
Previous consultant experience is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills
Multinational company experience in IT with excellent program/project management, communications / change management experience, and Process improvement
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, cultural adaptability, managing virtual/remote team
Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments
Experience managing external business relationships (i.e., customers, vendors, advisors)
Prior transaction experience including divestitures and TSA management
Requires periodic national and international travel on a project basis.
