Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong AI/ML and Generative AI experience to join the Lead Generation Ads product team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that enhance lead generation workflows and drive product innovation.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs, data analysis, experimentation, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML features to enhance lead generation workflows

• Apply LLMs and Generative AI technologies to solve real-world product problems

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineers to deliver high-impact solutions

• Architect and implement scalable, reliable software systems aligned with business goals

• Conduct data analysis and experimentation to evaluate model performance and product outcomes

• Stay current with emerging AI/ML trends and technologies and apply them to ongoing projects

• Drive innovation by proposing new tools, approaches, and best practices

• Develop and follow software standards and guidelines to ensure data security and system integrity

Required Skills (Must-Have)

• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI

• Strong understanding of data analysis and experimentation

• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI/ML models

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience across the full SDLC

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience owning high-impact projects from ideation through production launch

• Understanding of the Ads / Lead Generation domain

• Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

• Knowledge of SQL and other development tools relevant to system design
